Be sure to download and use version 5.0 of the PA Lighting Form estimator on our website, which went into effect on June 1, 2023. If earlier versions are submitted, they will be sent back for resubmission. Get version 5.0.

As a reminder, effective June 1, 2023, all applications submitted must meet the requirements of DLC SSL v5.1 to be eligible for incentives. All applications pre-approved before June 1, 2023, using v5.0 will be allowed to receive incentives once construction is completed.

Instant Discounts Program
Don’t forget — we have released the new PY15 Distributor Handbook with updated incentive amounts and new requirements that took effect on June 1, 2023. It is available in our Resource tab of the Program Partner Central Portal. We recommend all distributors take the time to review updated changes to the program and requirements. | |
Incorporate energy efficiency into capital expenditure planning
Energy efficiency improvements in a facility are often categorized as a capital expenditure; however, the energy savings from the project investment will reduce future operating expenses. Now’s the time to encourage your customers to incorporate energy efficiency into their 2024 capital expenditure planning and use our program incentives to alleviate upfront project costs.
We’ve seen growing customer interest in compressed air and vacuum projects, which are quickly becoming the low-hanging fruit in facilities of all sizes and types. Many compressed air projects completed within the past 180 days may still be eligible for incentives. | |
October is Energy Awareness Month
During Energy Awareness Month, take a consultative approach by talking to your customers about understanding their facility’s energy use. Help them identify areas where their energy may be lost, and which program incentives would be available for new or upgraded equipment. For no-cost/low-cost energy efficiency improvement ideas, share our Energy Efficiency Opportunities fact sheet. Together, we can make our communities more sustainable. | |
